Join us as the Center for Policy Studies hosts
one of the nation’s premier scholars on defense
matters. Dr.
Korb is the author of 20 books and more than 100
articles, in journals such as Foreign Affairs,
Public Administration Review, and the New York
Times Sunday Magazine.
He
has served as Council Vice President and
Director of Studies at the Council on Foreign
Relations; Director of the Center for Public
Policy Education at The Brookings Institution;
Dean of the Graduate School of Public and
International Affairs at the University of
Pittsburgh; Vice President of Corporate
Operations at the Raytheon Company; and was
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower,
Reserve Affairs, Installations and Logistics
from 1981 through 1985
